2023 was marked by numerous improvements in the organization of Emka Med’s workshops. It allowed us to consolidate our growth and exceed all our targets: more than 750,000 electronic boards produced, more than 410,000 finished products delivered, an OTD (on-time delivery) rate of 96% for the manufacturing of 20,000 cables, and a customer satisfaction rate reaching 96%.
We also renewed our ISO 9001:2015 certification and obtained CE and NF marks, which guarantee the quality of our products and adherence to our production deadlines. We are now looking to obtain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, to further strengthen our commitment to sustainable environmental practices and to health and safety at work.
In 2024, we will continue our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, with the goal of manufacturing more than 1,000,000 electronic boards and delivering more than 700,000 finished products to our customers.
